Who is responsible for travel accommodations?
The attendee is 100% responsible for all travel expenses, including but not limited to:
- Transportation
- Air Travel
- Travel Amenities
- Hotel or Lodging
- Food and Beverages (except what is included in the workshop)
- Miscellaneous Expenses
Are the topics different at the workshop locations?
All workshops teach the Epidural Lysis of Adhesions, but certain workshops, because of region or regulation considerations will not include some related specialty procedures. Please visit the workshop page for each region to view the specific topics.
How do I obtain visa information?
We do not send invitation letters to the US Consulate on behalf of attendees. We supply invitation letters directly to the attendee. It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit all necessary documentation for obtaining a travel visa. This process can take several months. Be sure to plan ahead.
