Visa & Invitation Letter

We suggest attendees to check with the US Consulate of diplomatic mission in their home country for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the attendee to obtain a visa if required. Please not that the US visa applications and process can take up to several months, so please make sure to plan ahead.

For an invitation letter, please send an email with your full name (as printed on your passport), full postal address and passport number to Angela Pranivong at angelac@epimed.com and an official invitation letter (PDF) wll be prepared and sent to your email.

We are unable to send letter to the consulate. Invitation letter are prepared solely for induvial and are mailed to them.

 

Liability and Insurance

Epimed cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
